Gourmet Manchego Burgers - OCAC End of the Year BBQ
Today's Menu:
- Grilled shrimp with garlic w/ a gazpacho dipping sauce
- Gourmet manchego burgers
- Jicama and watermelon salad
- Roasted vegetables
- And finally - grilled banana and nutella panini dessert
Everything was great, but the burgers and watermelon salad especially stood out.
