Happy Birthday Eddie!
Eddie was volunteered to take on the Southern Hospitality (JT's NYC restaurant) eating challenge. I think it included three different types of ribs, half a chicken, and four sides.  Check out the plate of bones left over from the meat. I'm full just looking at it.
