Gourmet Manchego Burgers - OCAC End of the Year BBQ

Today's Menu:
  • Grilled shrimp with garlic w/ a gazpacho dipping sauce
  • Gourmet manchego burgers
  • Jicama and watermelon salad
  • Roasted vegetables
  • And finally - grilled banana and nutella panini dessert

Everything was great, but the burgers and watermelon salad especially stood out.
